  • We are happy to wind your yarn.  Include a note for us while checking out. Wound yarn may not be returned, so be sure you want to keep it before asking us to wind it.
  • Please remember that colors may appear different on different monitors.

  • We reserve the right to substitute a different yarn for the ones offered in kits, we will always let you know if a substitution needs to be made. 
  • Can you guess how many people work at BlackSheep?  It's a two-woman operation!  While we have some hourly employees, your orders are processed by either Kelli or Tina.  We try our best to answer emails, check inventory, and ship your items in a timely manner.  Please be patient though, we have families and other responsibilities too.  Email is not always our top priority.
  • We try very hard to get it right, but on occasion, everyone makes a mistake. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

    If your payment has been processed for the purchase when your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will determine when this amount is credited to your account.
