The Torchon Lace Workbook

Of all of the various Bobbin Lace types "Torchon" lace is probably the easiest for a beginner  to start with.  The stitches used in the Torchon style are relative easy to master, the thread is often of a larger gauge and thus produce speedier results.  Bridget M. Cook's series of designs in this book are structured so that they get progressively more difficult.  The Lace-making learner can start on page one and work his/her way through a series of projects that help to build skills
